Joy Clair Stamps Life’s A Breeze & Mother’s Day Love Encouragement Card

Hello Everyone!  One of my favorite things to do is to send greeting cards to my family and friends!  I have always appreciated someone taking the time to write out a nice note of encouragement and have always been super excited when I get mail!  When the card is handmade it is even more special.  So I decided to make my own encouragement card using two Joy Clair Stamp Sets: Life’s A Breeze and Mother’s Day Love.

I picked some summer colored paper, red, white and blue, to use as my background.  I stamped the bear and kite stamp with VersaFine Clair Ink on cardstock.  I used Neocolor II watercolor crayons to watercolor a sky background on the cover of the card.  I glued the Bear and Kite on the sky background and added the word stamps, ‘You Got This’ and ‘The sky is the limit.’  

I then stamped the Kite string and bows.  I rounded the corners on the card and it is all ready to send to a friend!
