Joy Clair Anniversary Blog Hop – Sprinkled with Love & Dancing Donut Background Stamp Sets

Hello Everyone!  I am so happy to be part of the Blog Hop to celebrate the 4th Anniversary of Joy Clair Stamps!  After using Joy Clair stamps for over two years I can say that the quality is top notch and the designs just get better and better!  Of course their Bible Journaling line, Color By Faith, is my favorite – but I really enjoy all of the fun designs that they come up with!  I am using two of those fun stamp sets in this Bible Journaling page: Sprinkled with Love & Dancing Donut Background.  How cute are those donuts and the fun sayings!  

I wanted to use the phrase “God’s Word is sprinkled with love!” so I picked Psalm 117 to journal – a short psalm all about how His love is great and we return His love with our praise!  I used the Donut Dancing Background to start on the page with black ink.  I also used one of the small donut stamps to make a border on the top and bottom.  I stamped out 4 of the large donuts from the Sprinkled with Love set onto 4 different colored patterned papers.  I cut them out and glued them to the margin of my Bible page with a little hanging off the edge of the page.  I also stamped and watercolored 3 small donuts to use on the top and bottom of the page.  I added a tab to the top where I attached one of the small donuts.  I stamped the words ‘Sprinkled with Love” on white cardstock and glued to the page after placing some alpha stickers for the other words.
